Frequently Asked Questions
+ What does my ticket include?
Each ticket admits 1 person to the Underworld Fright Haunt and includes parking in our lot as it is available. Tickets upgrades options feature a Fast Pass or a Dual Pass for the Haunt and Rink!
+ Are photos allowed?
No photos or videos are allowed inside the haunt. Flash photos can be very distracting or even dangerous to our creatures who are acclimated to a dark environment. Photos with lurkers are allowed as you wait in line or upon exiting the haunt.
+ How long is the walkthrough?
About 20 - 25 minutes!
+ Can actors touch me?
No. This is a no touch haunt. Actors may get close, but please do not touch them.
+ What if it rains?
The haunt is open rain or shine! Waiting area is outside so in the event of rain, please dress accordingly.
+ Is this haunt wheelchair accessible?
No, our haunt cannot fit a wheelchair through certain areas.
+ Can I be kicked out?
Yes. Security can ask you to leave or escort you from the property. We do not tolerate foul language, pushing, poor behavior, weapons, alcohol, or drug use. You may be warned or asked to leave without a refund.
+ What can I NOT bring?
We do not allow large bags or backpacks. Weapons are not allowed for any reason, including concealed carry. Please leave any firearms in your vehicle. Due to close quarters inside the haunt, concealed carry is a danger to actors and guests. Alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to consume on the haunt grounds.
+ What is the age permitted to enter?
We do not have an age limit. Parents can decide the appropriate age for their child to enter the haunt.
+ Is there food or merch available?
Our Roller Rink offers a concessions window and food truck vendors will be in parking area. Merch will be available to purchase at the merch booth!
+ Are cards accepted?
We accept cash, cards, and venmo!
+ Restrooms?
Located inside the building. (Roller RInk)
